When considering 201 Kent in relation to the historic Grafton Bond building, the end-of-trip location becomes a standout feature of the space. It creates a sense of journey and surprise for the end user, which we aim to convey as they transition into the End of Trip area.
Our design concept centers around the idea of an “Urban Oasis” – a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. We want to craft a space that’s both unexpected and calming, with a premium touch that delights the end user with a gentle surprise.
We’ve chosen a neutral and textured base palette that exudes understated luxury. By playing with light and shade, rich tones, and intriguing textures, we strive to create a unique sensory experience.
Ultimately, our goal is for users to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and invigorated.
