Phil's role as an Senior Associate involves managing the documentation of a wide range of project types and scale, working with multidisciplinary design teams.
A highly motivated professional, he has a strong commitment to Gray Puksand's projects and delivers accuracy, quality and efficiency in his work. Phil's eye for detail and excellent construction knowledge results in documentation packages that are well resolved, well constructed and easily translated onsite. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of company documentation standards, office systems and procedures, induction, manuals and Revit and BIM implementation within the organisation.
