Chris is a talented and accomplished project coordinator who takes a lead role in education and commercial projects at Gray Puksand. Chris’ management brings inspired solutions and his 30 years’ experience in architecture and interior design spans education, commercial, workplace, retail, institutional and residential sectors.
Passionate about all aspects of project delivery, from client liaison, briefing, management of design documentation and consultant co-ordination, to the on-site delivery of projects, Chris achieves high quality, responsibly sustainable architecture that exceeds clients’ aspirations. Utilising all available resources and his delivery expertise and combining it with a refined knowledge of contemporary education design, Chris is instrumental in leading major programs and multiple-site projects.
Chris has extensive experience in public Private Partnership projects leading consultant teams through the design and successful delivery on the first Victorian Education Department PPP, the bid phase of PPP2 and providing expert advice and direction to an International design consortium for the New Zealand Education Department PPP3.
