Solvën is a highly versatile architect with a career spanning since 2006 through all phases of the project lifecycle. She has a unique and diverse experience in designing and delivering medium to large-complex developments spanning mixed-use, adaptive re-use, education, commercial, retail, cultural and multi-residential sectors.
Her proficiency in managing large teams and projects with complex briefs for high-profile clients shaped her open-hearted interest to collaboration, stakeholder engagement and design approach which balances the ever competing functional, aesthetic and budgetary layers of a project whilst always achieving the best design outcome.
Solvën holds a particular passion for regenerating cities through transformative mixed-use precinct redevelopment projects and shaping thriving destinations where communities can convene and relate to. Prior to joining Gray Puksand, she had the privilege to deliver several award-winning projects for Tier 1 developers such as the Locomotive Workshop Bays 1 to 5 redevelopment, one of the most significant heritage building, adaptive re-use and hybrid destination in Sydney.
She continues her strong commitment to shape meaningful cities through impactful architectural work and major social infrastructure projects by leading the delivery of the new Canberra Institute of Technology precinct.
